Shipping policy

All items are dispatched directly from Eunoia Mudgee, Australia.  We aim to dispatch all orders (excluding pre-orders) on the next business day. In peak times there may be slight delays in dispatching orders. If your order is urgent, please contact us PRIOR to placing your order to ensure we can in fact dispatch on time. 

You will receive tracking advice via email once your order has been dispatched.

Eunoia Boutique is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by Australia Post and its associates. Delays are typically seen in peak periods such as long weekends and holidays. Please check the Australia Post website for updates. 

Once your order has been shipped, Eunoia can accept no responsibility for loss, delay or damage to your package. All parcels are sent with authority to leave without a signature unless we are otherwise instructed at checkout. Eunoia is not liable for parcels that aren't delivered and go missing.

Standard shipping within Australia – $10 or FREE on orders over $200

Express shipping within Australia – $15 or FREE on orders over $200

We offer FREE local delivery within the Mudgee area (10km) or drop in store and I'll have your order ready to go.

No international orders are accepted at this point in time.
